Mod_fcgid Can’t Apply Process Slot For

*Modfcgid: can’t apply process slot for /usr/bin/php-cgi. These would often (but not always) show up as 503 errors in the apache access log. Running varnish in front of this setup led to a number of 503’s logged in varnish from the apache backend.
*I have a problem between virtualmin and my new server, and I hope that, maybe, you could help me with it:) I tested all I could, investigated as far as my googling allowed me to, but now I’m stuck.
*But there, I tried the Nginx web server on this Apache 2.2 server, before even trying to increase FCGI slots: Well, that was a huge fail for me, and I was following the exact same documentation you linked here.
